This is the fourth version of this sculpture using a similar mechanism used in Stage 3. The mechanism built into this sculpture is designed to slow the puff arm down as it drops back after smacking the man in the rear. It is designed after a steam engine regulator.

The regulator has been adjusted from Stage 3 to eliminate the need for a counter weight. It is also a couple of inches taller.

Materials: wood, bronze, steel, and a powder puff.
