This is the third version of Bondage Cracks me up.

The new mechanism built to incorporate a more complex mechanism designed to slow the puff arm down so that it drops gently after smacking the man in the rear. It speed governor is designed after a steam engine regulator.

The brass weight forces the regulator to spin fast enough to extend and therefore slow the puff's arm as it drops.

Materials: wood, bronze, steel, and a powder puff.
